Overview:
Xerox, an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years, is currently seeking a Systems Support Engineer to support the Juárez Campus and other worldwide manufacturing sites. As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support to computing equipment, critical communications infrastructure, and database systems to ensure optimal performance.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide support for servers (Windows, Linux, NAS/SAN environments)
• Administer users, access policies, and cybersecurity practices
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (hardware, software, databases)
• Support business applications and database systems
• Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide support to virtual environments (VMware, Hiper-V)
• Cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
What You Need To Succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Knowledge of networks (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches)
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Advanced English proficiency and availability to travel (visa/passport required)
