OVERVIEW:
The Sales Manager oversee the sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring performance targets are met across the field. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships in the field, and side by side coaching with the team to optimize performance both in-office and in the field.
Leadership is needed daily with all fields reps, managing the team’s success in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
SCOPE:
Sales Manager position involves leading and motivating a sales team to achieve business targets. The role includes activities such as managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, overseeing performance, and conducting meetings, both in-office and in the field.
While the position requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, it generally does not demand heavy physical labor. The ability to travel to various locations for client meetings or team development sessions is also part of the role.
