Overview:

The Tax Manager supports all aspects of the corporate income tax provision process, including financial reporting, SOX compliance, tax accounting, and special projects. This role partners across finance and tax functions to help ensure accurate tax reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement in a collaborative global environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in preparing interim and annual worldwide income tax provisions, including effective tax rate calculations, valuation allowance analyses, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare U.S. GAAP tax disclosures for SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q and reconcile balance sheet tax accounts.
  • Support SOX internal controls compliance, reporting activities, and tax process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with preparation of federal and state income tax returns, estimated tax payments, return-to-provision calculations, and audit support.
  • Utilize tax technology solutions, including tax provision software, to improve efficiency and accuracy in tax reporting and compliance.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of corporate income tax experience; experience with ASC 740 is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax regulations, U.S. GAAP tax accounting, and internal controls.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel; experience with OneSource Tax Provision, OneSource Income Tax, and SAP is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
