Role Summary:

  • Supports the Americas Tax team by preparing tax computations, filings, reconciliations, and tax compliance activities for assigned entities while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tax computations and file tax returns for assigned Americas entities.
  • Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.
  • Support tax audits by providing required documentation and coordinating with tax consultants.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, tax rollforwards, and perform month-end close activities.
  • Monitor tax law changes and support internal stakeholders on tax-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.
  • Perform other tax-related duties as assigned.

  • Accurate and timely tax filings.
  • Complete and accurate tax account reconciliations.
  • Well-maintained tax documentation supporting audit readiness.
  • Compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Timely completion of month-end tax activities.

  • Support the Finance / Tax organization in maintaining compliance across Americas entities.
  • Contribute to accurate financial reporting.
  • Promote operational efficiency through timely tax processes.
  • Support cross-functional business initiatives involving tax matters.

Relevant Credentials:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • CPA license preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of tax experience.
  • Experience with US tax accounting is preferred.
  • Experience with a Big Four audit firm is preferred.

Must Haves:

  • Knowledge and experience in taxation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently.

Nice to Haves:

  • CPA certification.
  • Current US tax accounting experience.
  • Experience with a Big Four audit firm.
  • Experience in a finance or accounting environment supporting multinational operations.
