JOB PURPOSE:


The Transition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Transition Project Manager to deliver successful deployment projects across global locations.

The role is responsible for coordinating all phases of deployment, independently managing tasks, and proactively resolving issues related to orders, shipments, and scheduling. By maintaining accurate tracking and documentation, reviewing project risks, and escalating concerns as needed, the Transition Coordinator helps drive efficient installations and continuous process improvement.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate end-to-end deployment activities across multiple projects, acting as the central point of contact between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
  • Manage installation schedules, coordinate equipment and service delivery, and track orders from initiation through to final installation and billing
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication by providing updates, ensuring alignment, and supporting smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify risks early, escalate issues when needed, and proactively resolve scheduling, delivery, and operational challenges
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting, including project tracking, asset validation, and performance updates, while contributing to continuous process improvement and knowledge-sharing

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:


  • 2+ years of experience in hardware deployment, logistics, order management, or project coordination, with a solid understanding of end-to-end operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with knowledge of the Project Management lifecycle (certifications are a plus)
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced level), with familiarity with MS Project
  • Experience with SAP, Business Objects, or SharePoint is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations, including staging, last-mile delivery, and global services

  • Strong communication skills in customer-facing and cross-functional environments
  • Fluency in English & Dutch
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
  • Advanced Excel and solid MS Office knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
