Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive - CareAR
Position Overview
CareAR, a leader in enterprise augmented reality solutions, is seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise SaaS Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role will focus on selling our cutting-edge SaaS solutions to enterprise clients primarily in the United States with some international exposure, particularly in the telecom, manufacturing, transportation, and retail sectors. The TAM in North America for our solution is conservatively estimated to be $7B in 2025, growing to $15B in 2030!
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling SaaS products to medium/large organizations, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business value. This individual is a team player, flexible, has a solutions mindset, thrives in a startup-like environment, lean and agile organization.
Key Responsibilities
**Sales Strategy Execution**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
**Client Engagement**: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise-level organizations.
**Solution Presentation**: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
**Negotiation & Closing**: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing large-scale deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, technical teams, and account managers to ensure successful solution implementation and client success.
**Market Insights**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
**Experience**: Minimum 10 years of experience in transformative enterprise SaaS sales with a focus on enterprise clients; experience in telecom, manufacturing, or retail domains is strongly preferred.
**Sales Expertise**: Proven ability to manage long and medium sales cycles and close high-value deals with mid-size to large organizations.
**Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their applications within enterprise environments. Bonus points for field service, contact center, and enterprise collaboration solution experience.
**Communication Skills**: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
**Self-Motivation**: Results-driven, self-manager with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
***Travel***: Ability to travel up to 25% across the US (candidate must reside in the US)
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
- Experience tailoring solutions for complex enterprise requirements (e.g., scalability and customization).
- Strong analytical skills for developing data-driven strategies.
