The Role:


The GBS Global Leader, Record to Report is tasked with leading the Record to Report Organization within GBS. Execute the team through periodic close. Segment consolidations of P&L actuals and forecasts. Provide critical financial and non-financial KPI reporting. Support Operating Committee meetings, Executive reviews, and Board Meetings. Finance partner to Corporate Operations. Support earnings releases. Develop and mentor R2R team. 

This role must continue to build and transform the organization to deliver YoY efficiency for the company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage team Corporate FP&A to support Earnings, Board Meetings, Executive meetings, Annual and Long-Range planning, Finance calendar, Restructuring, and Segment P&L consolidations. 
  • Develop and produce KPI scorecards to serve as the primary measure of operational performance. Includes, leading and lagging indicators. 
  • Finance partner to the corporate sites including XDX, each GBS site, OTC, Marketing, Corporate, Finance. Support forecasts, plans, and variance analysis, including Business cases as needed.
  • Performance Reporting: KPI scorecards completed for phase 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to bring in additional metrics and support additional operations. Maintain reporting index and database removing duplication and pushing toward BI solutions. 
  • Finance Partner for Corporate sites (GBS, Finance, OTC, HR, Marketing) facilitating plans, outlooks, variance analysis and business cases as needed.
  • Global Accounting systems support across EFIW, ECS, EFAP, MAPL, etc. 
  • Manage Accounting COE responsible for Journal Entry and Account Reconciliations to ensure successful periodic close.
  • Manage Accounts Payable, responsible for meeting LOS, customer care, Citi management, and supporting the company’s cash objective participating on Daily Cash calls
  • Transformation and process governance to continue to shape and design the organization, create SLA, and maintain the service catalog

Key Stakeholders & Interactions:

  • Report directly into the EVP, Chief Transformation & Administrative Officer
  • Extended member of the Finance SLT
  • Strong liaison with Treasury 
  • Work closely with the Reinvention Office on transformation initiatives. 
  • Stakeholder engagement to review support and assess opportunities.

Qualifications:

This finalist candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to identify what is needed and lead to completion.  This individual will possess strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop key relationships across various business operations and corporate levels within a global company.  The successful candidate will have effective and persuasive presentation skills, including an ability to present complex information in a simplified manner across all businesses.  S/he will be a change agent with a breadth of organizational knowledge across FP&A, Operations and Accounting. 
  • Strong Business Acumen- deep understanding of the Xerox business across all functions.
  • Has proven ability to lead and develop a team through change. Ensuring short term deliverables met while driving change and creating efficiencies. 
  • 15+ years finance and/or accounting experience in a global company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven people leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing tasks
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.

Location:  This role can be remote with quarterly travel to our Norwalk Headquarters and ad-hoc travel
