Overview:
Xerox is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Personnel to support our warehouse and distribution operations. In this role, you will be responsible for inventory management, equipment processing, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse operations while ensuring accurate data entry and exceptional internal customer service. What You Will Do:
  • Process lease returns, verify equipment, and accurately record transactions using the e-Automate system.
  • Research inventory discrepancies, make necessary inventory adjustments, and participate in quarterly physical inventories.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Pick, stage, rotate, and prepare equipment and supplies for customer orders and deliveries.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards through regular housekeeping activities.
  • Assist with equipment deliveries and provide backup support to other warehouse functions as needed, including occasional delivery driving responsibilities.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and team members while maintaining professional communication and timely follow-up on equipment-related issues.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of forklift operating experience is required.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Experience using inventory management or ERP systems; experience with e-Automate is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to perform accurate data entry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport warehouse materials and equipment safely.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends during peak business periods.
