As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing and
maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, managing sales processes,
and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Your primary focus is to
support your assigned account manager in reaching targets and providing additional value
through reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and other communication platforms to
promote our products and services.


Overview:

  • Conduct outbound calls and reach out to potential leads to generate sales. (Target 25 per
  • month)
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and
  • services.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, pricing, and promotions to
  • effectively communicate to customers.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, record details of inquiries,
  • complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly team sales targets.
  • Prepare renewals and Deal registration reports and analyze data to understand sales
  • trends and potential areas for improvement and to initiate proactive renewal selling.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, manage accounts, and encourage repeat
  • business and referrals.
  • Process orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct outbound calls (from MQL generated campaigns) and emails to prospects to
  • generate interest in our products/services.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for further engagement by the sales team and vendor
  • reps to create a 4-legged call. (target 3 a quarter- with Tier 1 vendors)
Sales Presentations:
  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential customers and assist with
  • RFP and Tenders.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings of our tier 1 vendors to
  • articulate a 360 selling solution.
  • Address customer questions and objections to facilitate the sales process.
Pipeline Management:
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
  • Enter and Maintain Deal regs and renewals of Deal regs.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and
  • retention.
  • Work to build and collaborate with our strategic vendor account managers.
Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales team targets.
  • Providing exceptional support to assigned AM through accurate efficient quoting.
