Overview:
Join Xerox as an Analyst 1, Vendor Management, where you will support the Global Sourcing organization by delivering critical insights across supplier data, market intelligence, and procurement systems. In this role, you will help drive informed decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and system expertise. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to improve sourcing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:
• Maintain and monitor procurement data and processes using ARIBA systems
• Create and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Gather and manage supplier and market intelligence from multiple sources
• Support benchmarking and performance tracking activities for sourcing teams
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop action plans that improve sourcing outcomes


What You Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Accounting, or a related field
• Experience or knowledge of procurement systems such as ARIBA
• Proficiency in Excel with ability to perform intermediate to advanced analysis
• Strong communication skills with ability to present insights clearly
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making
