In France, the program is structured around three main themes:

  • Gender equality and the promotion of women within Xerox France
  • Disability inclusion
  • Workplace well-being and health

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Sales Operations/CSR Department, you will work with Xerox inclusive workforce of representatives and contribute to communication initiatives.

Externally:

  • Manage the LinkedIn page: research and propose content, schedule posts, monthly reporting
  • Participate in external events related to targeted themes: AFMD, stOpE
  • Monitor other networks and major surveys related to Connection and Belonging: identify inspiring initiatives led by other companies on the selected themes

Internally:

  • Write inclusive communications for employees
  • Manage and/or create dedicated SharePoint sites: content selection, layout, scheduling, publishing, monthly reporting
  • Create, format, and distribute internal communications
  • Assist in developing presentation materials and tools for employees (guides, training, etc.)
  • Benchmark other Xerox initiatives worldwide
  • Support implementation of inclusive action plans: mentoring programs, training, surveys
  • Animate the Ambassadors network
  • Occasionally co-organize Xerox client events
  • Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of inclusive indicators

Profile and Skills: 

  • You are a Master’s student (1st or 2nd year) in HR and/or communication, with a CSR specialization, and have a genuine interest in Connection and Belonging topics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, energy, and curiosity
  • Excellent writing skills and command of spelling
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Creative mindset (knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), internet, social media, and collaborative platforms
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Contract Details:

  • Apprenticeship contract for 1 or 2 years depending on your academic program
